It is possible complete the smart check-in, sending id and documents, before the arrival, by e-mail or whats'up. We will share by mail or whats'up information material (Verona's map, Lake of Garda ferries, list of resturants in the area, list of wineries in Valpolicella, and more) Reception access is secured by a separation glass on the front desk.
Air conditioning and ventilation
Air conditioning filters is monitored and cleaned frequently. Vents and air ventilation grills are cleaned with a disposable cloth threated with ethyl alcohol 75%. The correct air exchange rate is also checked on regular base.
Dispensers and shared areas
Shared areas are provided by dispensers of disinfectant solutions or gels. Specific cleaning and disinfection measures apply for common areas, in particular for objects that are often touched such as handles, elevator buttons, handrails, switches, etc. Only disposable materials and sanitizing products are used for cleaning specific.
Breakfast will be prepared using organic products, and made available to customers in boxes that can be consumed in the room, or at dedicated tables in the garden, or in the breakfast room, respecting the measures of social detachment. The customer can choose his breakfast every day according to a list that will be proposed to him for the following day. Each room has a coffee machine and a mini-bar disinfected with specific products at every change of room customer.
For daily cleaning, any surfaces that get dirty with respiratory secretions or other people's body fluids (e.g. sinks, toilets) are cleaned with a normal one domestic disinfectant solution containing 0.1% hypochlorite, are rinsed with water cleaned after 10 minutes of contact time for chlorine. When the use of bleach is not suitable (e.g. telephone, remote control devices, door handles etc.) 90% alcohol is used. Fabrics and sheets are placed in garbage bags and handled with care to avoid the raising of the dust, with consequent potential contamination of the surfaces or of the surrounding people. Indications have been provided to the laundry which is responsible for cleaning for washing in hot cycles (70 ° or more) with the usual detergents. Only disposable materials are used for cleaning. At the end of each stay, a specific sanitization of the rooms is carried out. The farm is equipped with a centralized suction system.
Picnic area and woods paths
A picnic area is available with tables and benches where there are barbecues. It is possible to use our wood for walks or jogging (about 400 m path).
Solarium area and swimming pool
Disposable towels are available for the sunbeds in the solarium area. The concentration of disinfectant in the swimming pool water is maintained within the recommended limits according to international norms and standards, preferably within the limits top of the range.
