Olives come exclusively from our olive grove in Affi. The varieties are Casaliva, a typical cultivar here in Garda Lake, together with the historic Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino. The harvest is done manually, with the help of traditional tools in the first half of November and milling is made "cold" immediately after the harvest to guarantee the highest quality of the product.
It is an elegant, fruity and light oil but at the same time it has a gentle and fresh taste. It is good for different plates, perfect for raw condiments, excellent on fish and white meat dishes.
It is available in 0.5 l and 0.75 l bottles.

Color red ruby. Intense aroma, pleasant, fine. Slightly grassy, soft, full-bodied, full and velvety flavor.
